Radish & Avocado Sandwich
sliced red onion
drizzle of maple syrup
Saute the sliced radishes in a little vegan butter or coconut oil until slightly browned and tender.
Slice the avocado and onions and arrange the cooked radishes, avocado, and onions on bread or toast. Top with mayo and, if desired, a drizzle of maple syrup.
