Cottage Cheese Orange & Pomegranate Breakfast Bowls

  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 orange peeled and sectioned
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup toasted unsweetened coconut chips, optional
  • 1-2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • honey optional


  • Divide the cottage cheese between two bowls and top each evenly with the orange slices, pomegranate seeds, pistachios, coconut, and hemp seeds. Drizzle with honey as desired.
