P B & J Red Grape Smoothie

Course Smoothies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 Tbsp Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a powerful blender, combine ingredients, adding the ice first, and blend until smooth. Add more cold water if necessary to reach desired consistency. Serve immediately.
