5 Quick Smoothies For the Workweek

Course Smoothies

Ingredients
  

Cucumber Melon

  • 1/4 Cantaloupe peeled, seeded and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 handful grapes
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbs flax
  • water or coconut water to blend

Summer in a Cup

  • 1/4 Cantaloupe peeled, seeded, and roughly chopped
  • 1/4-1/2 cup grapes
  • 1 Tbsp fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • water or coconut water to blend

Orangesicle Smoothie

  • 1/4 canteloupe
  • 1 tangerine or 1/2 an orange
  • 1 small slice Lemon
  • 10 almonds
  • chia sprinkle on top
  • flax sprinkle on top
  • water or coconut water to blend

Green Low Sugar Smoothie

  • 10 almonds
  • 1/2 cucumber roughly chopped (peel if you prefer
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2 avocado ripened
  • 1 handful greens of your choice as much as you can fit in the cup
  • 1 squeeze fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 sice Lemon
  • water or coconut water to blend

Peach Pizazz

  • 1 tangerine peeled
  • 1/2 peach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful greens as much as you can fit
  • 10 almonds
  • chia sprinkle on top
  • flax sprinkle on top
  • water or coconut water to blend

Instructions
 

  • For all smoothies, chopped & peel ingredients as needed to fit into your mason jar.
  • Add your ingredients for the smoothie of your choice to the mason jar. Place the fruit in the jar first, then the greens, followed by the almonds, topping with seeds. This way the smoothie will mix nice & evenly in the blender. Do not add liquid until you are ready to blend.

  • Seal the jar & refrigerate until ready to drink.

  • When you are ready for your smoothie, add water or coconut water, and ice if you choose, blend until well combined & creamy, and enjoy!

You can be as creative as you like to make the most delicious & healthful smoothies that are perfect for your palate.  Make it quick by preparing your smoothies for the week right when you get your box for the week.  ingredients will be fresh for the week.
