Spicy Carrot & Cucumber Juice

Ingredients
  

  • 10 carrots scrubbed, not peeled
  • 1 Persian Cucumber
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions
 

Juicer

  • Add carrots, cucumber, and ginger to a juicer & juice into a pitcher or desired glasses.
  • Whisk in cinnamon & lemon juice.
  • Serve immediately.

Blender

  • Add cucumber and water to blender & blend on low-medium until roughly combined.
  • Add lemon, ginger and cinnamon and blend until thoroughly blended.
  • Strain through a sieve, cheesecloth, towel, or strong paper towel.
  • Serve.
