Persian Cucumber

Fresh Ginger

fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Juicer
Add carrots, cucumber, and ginger to a juicer & juice into a pitcher or desired glasses.
Whisk in cinnamon & lemon juice.
Serve immediately.
Blender
Add cucumber and water to blender & blend on low-medium until roughly combined.
Add lemon, ginger and cinnamon and blend until thoroughly blended.
Strain through a sieve, cheesecloth, towel, or strong paper towel.
Serve.
