Lemon Juice

celery

cayenne
to taste (optional)

chia seeds
more or less, to taste
1/4-1/2
cup
water
for blender liquid
Instructions
Juicer
In a high powered juicer, add spinach, celery, apple, beets, cayenne.
Add in lemon & chia seeds.
Serve Immediately
Blender
Add water and spinach, blend on low until coarsely blended.
Add apples and celery and blend until all ingredients are combined.
Add Beets, lemon, cayenne & chia seeds until all ingredients are well blended.
Serve.
