Red Beet Energy Juice

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups spinach
  • 2 medium beets scrubbed
  • 2 medium apples Fuji or Gala
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 tsp cayenne to taste (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds more or less, to taste
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water for blender liquid

Instructions
 

Juicer

  • In a high powered juicer, add spinach, celery, apple, beets, cayenne.
  • Add in lemon & chia seeds.
  • Serve Immediately

Blender

  • Add water and spinach, blend on low until coarsely blended.
  • Add apples and celery and blend until all ingredients are combined.
  • Add Beets, lemon, cayenne & chia seeds until all ingredients are well blended.
  • Serve.
