1/3cupsliced dry roasted almondsor sunflower seeds or nuts of choice
1/3cupdried cranberriesoptional
DRESSING:
1 5-6ozcontainer plain Greek yogurt(3/4 cup)
1/4cupclean ingredient mayo or additional Greek yogurt
2tbspapple cider vinegar
1/2-1tbsphoney or sweetener of choiceto taste
1/4tspsaltto taste
1/8tsppepperto taste
Instructions
In a large bowl combine broccoli, carrots, red onion, apples, almonds, and dried cranberries.
To make the dressing: Whisk together Greek yogurt, mayo, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
Add the dressing to the salad and toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
Notes
This recipe can easily be made dairy free and Whole30 by using subbing the yogurt out for a clean Whole30 approved mayo. Or make it dairy free by using a dairy free yogurt.
