1lbGround meat of your choice(turkey, lean beef, lamb, chicken)
2tspOregano
Salt & Pepper to taste
1headbutter lettuce
Kalamata Olives, diced
Tomatoes, chopped
Feta cheese
Persian Cucumber, diced
Tzatziki Sauces for topping
1/2Persian Cucumberpeel and dice and coat with 1 tsp of salt then place into a colander. Let stand for 30 minutes to allow water to be drawn out then add to the following and blend:
1cupGreek Yogurt
1tblLemon Juice
1cloveGarlic, minced
1tspfresh Dill or Mint
Salt to taste
Instructions
Cook the ground meat thoroughly with Oregano, salt & pepper
Wash and / or prep the toppings
Prep the Butter Lettuce "shell"
Assemble your wraps, top with Tzatziki Sauce and enjoy!
