Rustic European bread made from San Diego’s favorite artisan bakery-Bread & Cie!  This sourdough has a crisp & chewy crust with a moist open crumb, and a well balanced flavor that is a bit sweeter than traditional San Francisco sourdough.

  • Made with 100% unbleached wheat flour
  • No preservatives & no GMO
  • The sourdough loaves go through a 4 day fermentation process, from the building of the “mother” to the baking of the dough

    It’s ok. Probably won’t order it again as it is too tough to chew. Need softer bread.

    Delicious! For longer keeping, I package a couple slices together in foil, then freeze in Ziploc bag. I simply place in toaster oven to reheat, and it’s good as new.
