String Bean Salad with Feta & Tomato
Chef Michael's simply delicious way to make a string bean salad irresistible!
- string beans
- cherry tomatoes halved
- salt & pepper
- 1 tsp Toomey's seasoning
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Blanch beans in boiling water until they're bright green. Transfer to ice bath to stop cooking.
- Add beans, tomatoes & feta to a bowl.
- In a separate, small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients together. Toss with the rest of ingredients & serve.
