Cottage Cheese Orange & Pomegranate Breakfast Bowls
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 orange peeled and sectioned
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup toasted unsweetened coconut chips, optional
- 1-2 Tbsp hemp seeds
- honey optional
- Divide the cottage cheese between two bowls and top each evenly with the orange slices, pomegranate seeds, pistachios, coconut, and hemp seeds. Drizzle with honey as desired.
