Local pasture raised USDA beef from Sage Mountain Farm.
Getting this beef delivered will do more than save you from having to go to the grocery store.
You’ll notice the difference in taste with beef raised in the healthy & sunny farm environment of San Diego County. Sage Mountain’s steers roam freely, graze on grasses and other forages, and drink pure water pumped from a 1,000 foot deep well. To increase the tenderness, quality and flavor, their Grass-Fed Beef is dry aged for at least 14 – 21 days. Dry aging allows naturally occurring enzymes within the beef to tenderize it while it is intensifying the flavor. It is then vacuum packed and flash frozen to lock in the nutrition.
Approximately 25% of the cuts are Steaks, 25% are Roasts, 40% are Ground Beef, and the remaining 10% is Stew Meat, Short Ribs and other miscellaneous cuts.

Order by Friday for beef delivery the coming week.
Be sure to leave your cooler out with an ice pack on delivery day to keep it fresh until you can put it in your refrigerator or freezer.
