Ingredients

Avocado Crema

1 avocado
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or your choice of milk
pinch of salt

Wraps

1 head of cauliflower
1 head of butter lettuce
1/2 cup diced red onion
3/4 cup buffalo sauce

1/2 cup diced red onion
3/4 cup buffalo sauce

Instructions

Avocado Crema

Combine ingredients in small food processor and blend until smooth, or whisk together in a bowl, adding the milk 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency

Wraps

Preheat oven to 375°.
Roast Cauliflower for 10 minutes.
Remove and toss immediately with buffalo sauce.
To serve take a piece of butter lettuce and add some buffalo cauliflower, red onion and avocado crema.
Garnish with black sesame seeds, if desired.
